The student members of each clubs as well as volunteer representatives work in collaboration to help the staff prepare sumptuous delicacies covering the cuisines of different parts of India. All the five days see a different theme and the students leading the way for a day dress up accordingly, present dance and musical numbers pertaining to the theme.
Day 2 : Rajasthani Cuisine
The flavor of the food is enhanced by the hospitality and the culture where the PGP-1s serve the food to their seniors, PGP-2s and the PGPX students along with the faculty.
Day 3 : Gujarati and Maharashtrian Cuisine
The sweets, dances, music, decorations and the enthusiastic involvement by the staff, students and the faculty made the festival successful.
Day 4 : South Indian Cuisine
IRIS – The Photography Club of IIM Udaipur helped in capturing the glimpse of the festival.
Day 5 : Awadhi and Punjabi Cuisine
